I would love to see what you did to get it thrown out and the letters you wrote. Thanking you in advance for your assistance and way to go! |
| 6. Written by sparkytdg1, on 19-05-2008 16:59 We just beat unifund toady in court over a Zombie debt. We answered the original letter and lawsuit with letter, and went to court today to face them with"our day in..." They never showed. The Magistrate even gave them an additional 1/2 hour to show up, and they never came in... Fight them at every turn.
