I received a letter for a lawyer stating that I had a lawsuit against me and that they could help. I knew nothing about the suit. I searched the web and saw a suit against me from unifund. I was never notified about them filing a lawsuit against me. I don't owe them anything. They claim I owe for a credit card plus
attorney fees. I do not know these people and I was not aware of them collecting for any of my
debts. I also saw on the public site were they are suing at least 100 other people in my state. How are the court systems kep letting them do this to innocent people. These
attorneys(Pat Henly) and
collection agencies disgust me.

You cannot be sued without being served to go to court. I would ask the court or the county recorders office how you could get copies of the suit including the service. If you werent served, you can ask for a new new hearing so you can question the court and Unifund.
